Refund policy

We have a dispute policy based on the nature of our services, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your service to make a claim disputing services rendered or reporting damages. 

To be eligible for resolution, you must reply to your delivery confirmation with photo evidence of the matter being reported or disputed.

If your claim is accepted, we’ll send a technician out to reservice the area, apply a partial refund, or discount the next service.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your proper upon reception of service and contact us immediately if anything is damaged or if you received the wrong service, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain segments of service cannot be refunded, like load fee and transportation cost, and custom services. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific service. 


Discounts
The fastest way to settle a dispute is a reservice or discount on the next service with notes on how the property should be better serviced.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your claim, and let you know if any refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
